All tickets will be exchanged for wristbands or passes. The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets, wristbands or passes.
Tickets will be exchanged at the REDI shopping center before entering the festival area. Please note that festival tickets will not be scanned or exchanged for wristbands at the festival gates.

ARRIVAL:
Radio Nova Festival is held at Suvilahti (Suvilahti Energy Field and Kattilahalli). The entrance to the festival is through the REDI shopping center. The festival area is easily accessible by public transport. The best way to get to the event area from Helsinki city center is by metro or bus. Check for more detailed route information from the HSL Journey Planner.
Single tickets and day tickets can be purchased using the HSL mobile app or from HSL ticket machines, R-kiosks and many other sales points throughout the city.
How to get to the city centre:
From the airport
The journey time between the airport and city centre is around 30 minutes.
By train:
Commuter trains I and P are a fast and convenient way of travelling between the city centre and the airport. To get to or from the airport, you will need an ABC ticket.
By bus:
Bus 615 (“Lentoasema-Rautatientori”) and bus 415/415N (“Lentoasema-Elielinaukio”) also operate between the airport and city centre. To get to or from the airport, you will need an ABC ticket.
By taxi:
The journey between Helsinki Airport and the city centre by taxi takes approximately 20 minutes and costs around €40-45.
West terminal 2 connections:
Railway station tram lines 7 and 9, get off at Rautatieasema/Central Railway station. Single tram tickets can be purchased using the HSL mobile app or HSL ticket machines. The ticket machine you will find by the tram stops.
Katajanokka terminal connections:
The tram line 4 takes you directly to the Helsinki city center.
Olympia terminal connections:
Tram lines 2 and 3 will take you directly to the city center
